Sales Executive – Join a High‑Energy, Customer‑Focused Sales Team!

Are you a confident communicator who thrives in a sales‑driven environment? Do you enjoy building relationships, presenting great products, and creating unforgettable customer experiences? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Sales Executive.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Sell vacation ownership products through a structured, compliant, and ethical sales presentation.
  • Deliver engaging member updates, both face‑to‑face and via Microsoft Teams.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with members, owners, and guests to create trust, rapport, and confidence in our products.
  • Meet and exceed sales efficiency targets (including volume per guest).
  • Complete all required Company training and compliance programmes.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and professional standards.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking individuals who are passionate about sales and love working with people. You’ll be a great fit if you bring:

Qualifications & Experience

  • No formal qualifications required
  • Experience in a sales‑driven environment is preferred
  • Fluent English (written and verbal)
  • Reasonable numeracy skills
  • Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions

Key Skills & Abilities

  • Ability to conduct yourself professionally and ethically at all times
  • Strong IT skills, including confidence using online conferencing platforms and delivering presentations
  • Ability to perform well in a busy, high‑energy environment with frequent interruptions
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective working relationships internally and externally

Working Hours

You will work 40 hours per week, across 5 days out of 7, with flexibility required to meet business needs.
