About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Manufacturing Team Leader to join a growing advanced manufacturing organisation based in Abingdon. This role leads amanufacturing team, responsible for all production activities following manufacture and treatment through to quality control readiness.
The Manufacturing Team Leader combines hands on technical support with people management, task planning, and process ownership to ensure the safe, compliant, and on time delivery of production requirements. You will work closely with Production Management, Engineering, and Continuous Improvement teams to support manufacturability, resolve production challenges, and drive process improvements.
