This role is within our eSolutions Team at our Egham Branch in Surrey on a 1 year fixed term contract.
The successful candidate will possess good administrative skills and be able to work in a fast paced environment.
This position requires good planning & organistional skills to prioritise daily requests and attention to detail.
We work closely with parcel carriers such as DPD, Royal Mail, DHL, UPS etc.
Key Functions / Areas of Responsibility:
Carrier invoices Reconciliation, Issue invoices to customers , Issue credit notes for parcels lost or damaged in transit , Update carrier and customer rate cards , Assist with creating customer rate cards for new customers based on agreed rates, Update rate cards within the shipping platform Create/Update SOP’s relating to invoicing, Review weekly/monthly statements, Issue carrier quotes, Internal reporting and Ad Hoc admin (scanning, filing etc.).
Hours of work: Monday to Friday, 09:00hrs – 17:30hrs.
This is an on-site role with no hybrid working.
