Join our Power Transmission and Distribution team as a Project Engineer on our Operational Team and you’ll deliver complex work that really matters to our business and the world around you. This position will be based from our offices in Dundee with travel to site as required.
Responsibilities
- To formalise and specify a delivery solution.
- To brief out the solution to the working party and ensure it is followed and completed.

- Manage, monitor and motivate a multi‑skilled team of engineers, subcontractors and other construction experts.
- Take responsibility for smaller projects or sections of larger projects.
- Set performance targets and carry out analysis to make sure the team are working to the highest standards of safety and quality.
- Be involved in the procurement of subcontractors.

- Develop and deliver the engineered solution and brief to the working party.
- Safely and sustainably deliver activity to programme, cost and quality.
- Monitor and record works to ensure compliance in a timely manner.

- Effectively manage and care for the people delivering the work.
Qualifications
- Experience in delivering multidiscipline construction projects.
- Experience of directing and supporting multidiscipline engineering teams.
- Knowledge and experience of Project Management methodology.
- Good People Management and Commercial awareness with knowledge of both budgetary and financial control.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
