Responsibilities
- Attending occupied new‑build homes to carry out customer care and remedial works
- Diagnosing faults and identifying appropriate repair solutions
- Carpentry and joinery repairs, including doors, kitchens, and general woodwork
- Basic decorating and painting
- General property maintenance and finishing works
- Multi‑trade repairs across a variety of customer issues
- Travelling between multiple live developments within the region
- Occasionally assisting with snagging works on new‑build properties
- Delivering excellent customer service while working in occupied homes
Qualifications
- Have proven experience in a maintenance, customer care, or multi‑trade role
- Ideally have previous experience within new‑build housing
- Possess strong carpentry/joinery skills
- Be comfortable carrying out a variety of maintenance and repair tasks
- Have excellent customer service and communication skills
- Be able to diagnose issues and solve problems independently
- Hold a full UK driving licence
- Have their own tools
- Be able to provide suitable work references
