V7 Recruitment are currently working with our client; a reputable and modern main contractor who are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their team on a large refurbishment project in Manchester City Centre!

Duties will include:
- Being based on site in Manchester City Centre.
- Procuring materials and subcontractors.
- Attending project progress meetings with clients and Project Managers.
- Managing subcontractor payments, variations and producing cost reports.
- Preparation of final accounts.
- Identifying commercial risks.
- Monitoring cash flow.
- Assisting with the CVR.
- Working closely with the site teams including Senior Project Managers.
