Recruiter – Help Build the Team Driving London’s Future Mobility
About Odysse
Odysse is building a smart, sustainable future for ride hailing and mobility services in London. We operate a fully managed fleet of zero-emission vehicles and employ professional drivers, offering stability, in a unique model in private hire transport.
Using technology, we integrate every part of the mobility chain, from recruitment and compliance to fleet and operations, giving us control over quality and experience. We’re growing fast and building the team, technology, systems, and culture to power a better deal for drivers and a better service for riders.
As we scale, We’re looking for a hands-on, resourceful Recruiter to own our driver hiring pipeline from first contact to onboarding.
What you’ll do:
- Design and operate high-volume recruitment processes for PCO drivers and operational staff
- Actively source candidates through job boards, partners, social channels, local events, and direct outreach
- Personally manage screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding handovers with care and speed
- Partner with compliance, fleet, and ops to make sure every driver meets required standards
- Track funnel metrics, diagnose bottlenecks, and adjust tactics weekly
- Show up professionally in every candidate interaction, reflecting the quality and care we promise our employees
- Build and maintain an active, well-segmented pipeline that supports aggressive growth targets
Who you are:
- Proven experience in hands-on recruitment, ideally in high-volume or operational environments
- Strong understanding of London’s private hire or logistics space is a bonus
- Skilled negotiator with a focus on closing the right candidates quickly
- People-first: you know how to build trust quickly across a diverse candidate base
- Proficient with ATS tools and workflows (e.g. DocuSign, SharePoint, etc.)
- Energised by pace, ownership, and building from the ground up
- Work with a supportive, ambitious team that values action and accountability
- Play a critical role in building the talent engine behind London’s next great mobility platform

This is a full-time, in-person role. We thrive on whiteboards, brainstorming, and rapid execution. Please ensure you can commute to our CR0 0XZ office.
