Job Summary
Perform a range of corporate secretarial duties and accounting-related tasks to support clients’ statutory and compliance needs.
Responsibilities
- Handle corporate secretarial matters for clients, including company incorporations, company strike‑offs, drafting directors’ and shareholders’ resolutions, and filing lodgments with ACRA.
- Prepare financial statements in XBRL format for ACRA filing.
- Prepare management accounts to support clients’ corporate compliance requirements.
- Assist with customer due diligence procedures as part of risk management and compliance processes.
- Support administrative functions to ensure smooth office operations.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing responsive and high‑quality service.
Remuneration will be commensurate with experience and capabilities.
