Position Overview:

As an Account Executive specialising in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition solutions, you will be a key player in our dynamic sales team, responsible for driving revenue growth by selling our cutting-edge software solutions to staffing agencies, direct employers and technology providers. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years of experience in a recruitment technology sales role and has previously worked as a recruitment consultant, demonstrating a deep understanding of the industry.

Responsibilities:

1. Prospecting and Lead Generation:

  • Identify and target potential clients within the direct employer and staffing agency sector.
  • Generate leads through various channels, including networking events, industry conferences, and online platforms.

2. Consultative Selling:

  • Conduct in-depth consultations with potential clients to understand their recruitment challenges and pain points.
  • Articulate how our recruitment technology solutions can address specific needs and add value to their operations.

3. Sales Strategy:

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes.
  • Work closely with marketing and BDRs to execute on sales strategies

4. Product Demonstrations:

  • Conduct live and virtual product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our software.
  • Customise presentations to align with the unique requirements of each client.

5. Relationship Building:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target organisations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including customer success and product development, to ensure client satisfaction and successful implementation.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively managing the sales pipeline and closing deals.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular updates to the sales leadership team.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of successful sales experience within the recruitment technology industry.
  • Previous experience as a recruitment consultant, demonstrating a solid understanding of the talent acquisition and/or recruitment process.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong consultative selling and negotiation abilities.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, presentations, and industry events.
