Key Responsibilities – Produce Revit and CAD drawings to support electrical and mechanical designs – Assist with the development and coordination of BIM models – Support engineers in delivering concept through to detailed design packages – Help prepare specifications, schedules and technical documentation – Coordinate with engineers, architects and consultants to ensure integrated design – Attend project meetings and contribute to technical discussions – Develop knowledge of UK building regulations and industry standards
What Are We Looking For – Experience using Revit and AutoCAD within a building services environment – Relevant qualification in Building Services Engineering or a related discipline – Basic understanding of MEP systems – Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn – Good communication skills and ability to work within a team – A proactive, enthusiastic approach with a genuine interest in sustainable design
