Overview

Mechanical Project Manager – CAT A/B Fit out – Cambridge. c£65k + company car/car allowance (with usual benefits pension / healthcare / life insurance etc).

Project details

Working for a commercial Mechanical Contractor with a project value of £3.8m, two phases split over 45 weeks.

Responsibilities

• Manage installations including VRV, VAV, Catering Kitchen, tea points, primary and secondary duct works, thermal insulation, AHU Kitchen, extract systems, and BMS.
• Conduct weekly services meetings and present regular progress reports.

Requirements / Qualities

High profile client that requires high standards of work and quality control, with a strong H&S knowledge.
