About the Role:I C Talent is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Primary Teacher to join a specialist setting in the Cambridge area. You will be teaching a Year 5/6 class, starting with a small group of up to 5 pupils, with potential for growth. You will be supported by an experienced Teaching Assistant (TA) or Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA), ensuring a collaborative and well-supported classroom environment.
Working Hours:Monday–Friday, 08:00–16:00, plus weekly training/meetings on Tuesdays (16:00–17:00).
Requirements:
- QTS or equivalent
- Experience in Upper KS2 preferred
- Strong behaviour management and adaptability
- A team-oriented approach
- An interest in or experience working with autistic pupils or within a specialist setting is highly desirable
