The Role
We are currently recruiting for a well-established and growing accountancy practice seeking an Audit Semi-Senior to join their team. This role is ideal for an experienced practice professional looking to continue developing their career within a supportive and professional environment. You will be involved in the planning, execution and completion of audit assignments for a varied portfolio of clients. The role includes both on-site and office-based work and offers exposure to a wide range of industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Planning and completing audit assignments to a high standard
- Preparing audit working papers and financial statements
- Liaising directly with clients and responding to queries professionally
- Supporting and mentoring junior team members
- Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting and auditing standards
- Assisting with the completion of audit files within agreed deadlines
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years audit experience within an accountancy practice (essential)
- Part-qualified, fully qualified, or qualified by experience
- Strong technical audit and accounting knowledge
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
