Job Title: Client Services Executive

Location: Hanger Lane, Westgate

Work pattern: Full-time, Permanent. Requires 2 days in the office.

Role Description

We’re looking for someone who enjoys helping others, is naturally curious, and thrives in a collaborative environment. As a Client Services Executive (CSE), you’ll be a key part of our friendly and supportive team, helping clients get the most out of our TGI data and tools. Whether it’s answering a quick question, delivering a training session, or solving a tricky issue, you’ll be there to make sure every client feels supported and confident. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who’s excited to learn, grow, and make a real difference.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be the first friendly voice clients hear when they need help—whether it’s a login issue or a data question.
  • Deliver engaging training sessions (online and in person) that help clients feel confident using our tools.
  • Carefully manage data releases so clients always receive the right information at the right time.
  • Work closely with our account management team to keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
  • Take ownership of client queries, following them through from start to finish with care and attention.
  • Keep our systems and records up to date so we can continue to offer a seamless service.
  • Support new users and clients as they get started, helping them feel welcome and well-informed.

Ideal Skills And Capabilities

  • Comfortable speaking in front of others and explaining things clearly.
  • Naturally detail-focused and organised, especially when managing data and admin tasks.
  • Quick to pick up new systems and genuinely curious about how things work.
  • Happy working across lots of different client accounts and juggling priorities.
  • Enjoys working with others and contributing to a positive, team-focused culture.
