The Role
We are seeking an experienced Training & Health and Safety Manager to lead and grow our training division, oversee company-wide health and safety, and deliver high-quality in-house training.
This is a key role within the business, responsible for driving compliance, improving standards, and supporting our continued growth through effective training and safety leadership.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead, develop, and expand the company’s training division
• Design and deliver in-house training programmes across maintenance and cleaning services
• Ensure full compliance with health and safety legislation and best practices
• Develop, implement, and monitor H&S policies and procedures
• Conduct risk assessments, audits, and inspections
• Provide expert guidance and support to managers and operational teams
• Maintain training records and ensure workforce competency
• Promote a strong safety-first culture across the organisation
• Support business growth by aligning training with operational needs

Requirements
• Proven experience in a Training and Health & Safety role
• IOSH and NEBOSH qualifications (essential)
• Train the Trainer qualification (essential)
• Strong industry knowledge in maintenance and cleaning services
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a national remit
• Strong organisational and leadership abilities
