Service Manager
Salary: Up to £45,000 + Bonus + Car
Hours: 42.5 Monday to Friday, Additional hours needed during peak times
Seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead my client’s team. You’ll manage a skilled service department covering agricultural, construction, and horticultural machinery, ensuring high‑quality repairs, motivated technicians, and excellent customer service.
Key Requirements
- Experience with agricultural, construction, or horticultural machinery
- Management or supervisory experience
- Strong communication, organisational, and problem‑solving skills
- Able to lead, mentor, and motivate a team
