Project Quantity Surveyor – Key Responsibilities

  • The Project Quantity Surveyor will lead both pre- and post-contract duties across a mix of residential, commercial, and fit-out projects
  • The Project Quantity Surveyor will develop detailed cost plans, tender packages, and procurement strategies
  • The Project Quantity Surveyor will manage contract administration, valuations, and variations under JCT forms
  • The Project Quantity Surveyor will liaise with clients and consultants, contributing to successful project delivery
  • The Project Quantity Surveyor will support junior team members and help maintain a collaborative culture
  • The Project Quantity Surveyor will play an active role in business development and client retention

Project Quantity Surveyor – Candidate Requirements

  • 3-5 years’ experience in a consultancy or client-side role
  • Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying (RICS-accredited)
  • Solid understanding of JCT contracts and project lifecycle
  • Experience delivering residential or commercial projects in London
  • Professional, self-motivated, and solutions-focused
  • Working towards MRICS or recently chartered
