Multilingual Customer Experience Consultant (German & English Speaking)

Ringwood (Hybrid) | 13.35 per hour + bonus (OTE)

Are you fluent in German and English and passionate about delivering outstanding customer service? We’re working with a fast-growing, international client to recruit a Multilingual Customer Experience Consultant to join their vibrant team. You’ll be handling calls, emails, and live chats, helping customers enjoy a smooth and engaging experience.

What you’ll be doing:

• Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Resolving queries efficiently and professionally
• Maintaining accurate records and supporting internal teams
• Contributing to a high-performing, fun, and collaborative team

What we’re looking for:

• Fluent in German and English (other languages a bonus)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Confident decision-making, problem-solving, and numeracy skills
• Previous call centre or back-office experience desirable
• Flexible and willing to work shifts between 8am-8pm, Monday-Saturday
