Business Development Manager – UK & Ireland Automotive Aftermarket

• Banbury Oxfordshire/Field Based- will be required to be onsite weekly

• Monday- Thursday 08:30am-17:00pm, Fridays 08:30-15:30pm

We’re looking for a driven Business Development Manager to grow clutch and transmission sales across the UK & Ireland, expanding our presence in the Passenger Car, LCV, and CV sectors.

In this field‑based role, you’ll build strong relationships with key distributors, identify new business opportunities, and deliver profitable growth. You’ll work closely with customers on sales and marketing plans, support product development with market insights, and ensure new accounts are onboarded smoothly. Regular travel to customers—and weekly visits to our Banbury HQ—will keep you connected with both the market and our internal teams.

What you’ll do

  • Grow sales across regional, national, and specialist distribution channels
  • Identify and win new customer opportunities
  • Develop alternative routes to market, including online platforms
  • Manage the sales pipeline and support customer onboarding
  • Agree commercial terms and prepare quotations
  • Plan and deliver customer promotions
  • Attend UK and international trade shows
  • Support credit control by monitoring aged debt
  • Represent the business professionally at all times

What you’ll bring
