Hours: Monday to Friday (standard day shifts)

About the Role:We are currently recruiting for a Fencing Operative to join a project based in Grantham. This role involves working outdoors, installing fencing by attaching stock netting to timber posts.

This is initially a 4-month contract, with the opportunity to secure a permanent position for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

Installing fencing by attaching stock netting to timber posts

Assisting with general site duties

Working as part of a team to complete projects on time

Following health and safety procedures at all times

Maintaining tools and equipment

Requirements:

CSCS Card preferred

Previous fencing or construction experience ideal but not essential

UK driving licence is essential

Good work ethic and willingness to learn

Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions

Reliable and punctual

What We Offer:

Competitive hourly rate of £13 – £14.00
