Senior Instructional Designer

Instinct is excited to be partnering with our long-standing client who provides solutions and products to the life sciences industry.

Role

In this role you will be responsible for:

1. Partnering with clients to understand their strategic needs and craft tailored learning solutions.
2. Designing blended learning material including (but not limited to) eLearning, workshops, simulations, infographics, and videos.
3. Applying instructional design principles and adult learning theories to create engaging learning content.
4. Contributing to the development of new business proposals, ideating and communicating creative, innovative solutions that meet client needs.

Person

The successful person will have:

1. Strong instructional design skills and a deep understanding of adult learning theory.
2. Previous experience in the healthcare/pharmaceutical industry, or medical communications/scientific education landscape OR a BSc degree or higher in a relevant scientific field, such as Biomedical Sciences, Pharmacology, Life Sciences, Medicine, Nursing, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, or related discipline. A higher degree (MSc, PhD) would be highly desirable.
3. Strong interpersonal skills to engage with clients, SMEs, and internal teams.

Rewards
