Cognatio Solutions is hiring two Delivery Consultants (180) to join our growing team.
This is a purely candidate-facing role, focused entirely on delivery. There is no business development requirement, allowing you to specialise in identifying, engaging, and placing high-calibre talent.
About the Role
You will partner closely with our leadership and clients to deliver exceptional talent into high-growth, VC-backed SaaS companies across the US, EMEA, and APAC.
We specialise in GTM (Go-To-Market) hiring, including:
- Account Executives
- Customer Success professionals
- Marketing roles
You will own the full candidate lifecycle from sourcing and engagement through to offer management. Ensure a best-in-class candidate experience.
Growth & Progression

- Progress deeper into Delivery with increased ownership including moving into an Account Management position, managing client relationships end-to-end.
- Transition into a 360 Recruitment role if business development is a future goal

- Recruitment experience is welcome, but not required
- GTM recruitment experience is not essential
- Candidates from quota/commission-based environments (e.g. sales) are encouraged to apply

Working Model
- Hybrid: 4 days in-office, Fridays from home
- Core Hours: 10am–7pm (aligned to US markets)
