Salary: £Dependent on experience plus commission
Hours:8.30am 5pm, 1 hour lunch, MondayFriday; hybrid working 2 days in the office (Tuesday & Thursday), 3 days working from home

Requirements of the Commercial Business Development Executive:

Responsibilities of the Commercial Business Development Executive:
- Proactively generate new business appointments and sales to complement the business plans of the business and achieve individual new business targets
- Self-monitor individual sales activity to ensure all avenues are maximised
- Provide support and business development to a portfolio xwzovoh of accounts to maximise their growth and build long term relationships
- Initiate and conduct marketing campaigns to generate own leads and appointments by a combination of tele-marketing, mailshots, networking and referrals
- Track and monitor progress of each target market project, monitoring conversion rates for leads, appointments, quote and sales activity
- Generate and support target market focus projects
- Support new and existing sales incentives i.e. cross selling, networking and referrals.
