Innovation Commercialisation Manager (White Spirits)– Global Travel (5A)

Our marketers play a central role by crafting key consumer and shopper insights into market share-winning brand plans that drive growth. They combine creative flair with strategic consumer insight, commercial acumen, and strong project management skills to deliver impactful brand plans globally.
Key Deliverables:
- Lead a brand new innovation strategy and pipeline for white spirits in GT – ensuring we have competitive plans that can outpace our competition
- Lead the end-to-end commercialisation and delivery of the pipeline, using deep consumer, customer and market insights to drive value creation
- Achieve excellence in new product launches, partnering cross-functionally to execute best-in-class plans that deliver superior brand performance and customer/consumer impact.
Functional Capabilities
- Lead the performance of the white spirits innovation portfolio post-launch, making timely interventions to maximize business impact and deliver against Annual Operating Plans.
- Expertly navigate the P&L to optimize value creation for a triple-win
- Partner with the GT Brand Team to ensure best in class execution at the point of purchase
Organizational Leadership
- Lead and energise cross-functional teams to unlock breakthrough innovation
- Embrace ambiguity with creative problem-solving, turning complex challenges into clear, actionable outcomes.
- Influence and inspire stakeholders at all levels, building alignment and momentum behind shared goals.
Experience / skills required
- Entrepreneurial spirit! There is vast untapped potential in white spirits across GT, so the ideal candidate brings fresh ideas and an appetite to truly develop the future of the category
- We are looking for broad, cross-functional experience and a proven ability to drive impact across multiple disciplines (e.g., commercial, marketing, supply chain, innovation)
- Outstanding influencing and stakeholder leadership skills
- Commercially astute with experience in P&L management and value chain dynamics.
- Thrives in ambiguity and pace, adept at prioritizing, adapting, and delivering in dynamic environments.
- A natural collaborator who builds trust and strong relationships across remote and face-to-face teams.
