The Role
You will run your own caseload of quality residential conveyancing files from instruction through to completion, handling matters including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Remortgages and equity transfers
- New build purchases and shared ownership
- Buy-to-let transactions
You will be supported by a dedicated team and benefit from modern case management systems, allowing you to focus on what you do best, looking after your clients.
About You
- Qualified Solicitor (England and Wales), Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive
- You will have a proven track record running your own residential conveyancing caseload and a genuine commitment to client care.
- You’ll be organised, commercially aware, and comfortable working to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
