Job Description
As the new Compliance Officer, your role will include:
- You will act as the registered Compliance Officer with the CSSF and act as the key point of contact for the CSSF representing the business
- You will oversee a broad range of compliance aspects for the Luxembourg entity
- Active mitigation of compliance and controlling risks by developing procedures and ensuring these are implemented effectively throughout the business
- Reporting to senior stakeholders within the business and developing long term relationships
Qualifications
Compliance Officer requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience explicitly within the fund management industry
- Excellent background of compliance or risk/control
- Strong team building skills
- Extensive experience within the Luxembourg market
- Fluent English. xwzovoh Fluent French preferable
Additional Information
The level at which you will join the company is negotiable; there is remit to take on a junior candidate of around 5 years experience, or a much more senior profile. Consequently, the salary available will be dependant upon experience, but could be as high as 100k EUR.
