Their work quite literally fills rooms, transforms venues and brings brands to life. They’re now looking for a hands-on Production Floor Manager to help keep their busy production environment running smoothly. This isn’t a desk-bound management role. You’ll be right on the production floor, coordinating jobs, supporting the team and making sure projects move seamlessly from print through to finishing and dispatch. The Role As Production Floor Manager, you’ll play a key role in keeping the production operation organised, efficient and on track. Working closely with the project management team and production staff, you’ll ensure jobs are prioritised correctly and delivered on time — all while maintaining high quality standards. You’ll be the central link between planning and production, helping the team stay focused and ensuring every job moves through the workshop smoothly.
