We are working on behalf of a well-established main contractor who is looking to appoint an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee a portfolio of new build projects across residential, schools and healthcare environments.

This is a key role within the business, offering autonomy, variety, and long-term stability with a contractor known for repeat business and strong client relationships.

The Role:

  • Managing 2–5 live refurbishment projects concurrently
  • Project values typically ranging from £500k to £1m
  • Full responsibility from pre-construction handover through to completion
  • Overseeing site teams, subcontractors, and supply chain performance
  • Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high quality standards
  • Maintaining strong client relationships, particularly in live and occupied environments
  • Regular reporting to senior management

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience as a Contracts Manager or Senior Project Manager with a main contractor
  • Experience working in residential, xwzovoh education and healthcare sectors
  • Excellent commercial awareness and programme control
  • Strong leadership and communication skills

Salary on Offer:

  • Salary up to £80,000 + car / allowance
