Autumnal Partners is supporting a leading Private Equity fund in their search for an Analyst to join their Product Structuring team.
This role sits at the intersection of product development, structuring and distribution, supporting the design and launch of private markets funds for wealth and institutional investors, alongside broader product initiatives across private credit, private equity, secondaries and infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development, structuring and launch of funds for European wealth distribution
- Assist with structuring, documentation and financial modelling across new and existing fund platforms
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis on private markets product offerings and regulatory developments
- Coordinate cross-functional project workflows for new fund launches and product enhancements
- Work closely with distribution teams to ensure fund structures meet regulatory and investor channel requirements
- Build and maintain financial models for fund platforms and structures, including scenario and sensitivity analysis
Qualifications
Applicants will have outstanding academic records to date, likely be chartered ACA or CFA with a background in technical complex work be it in areas such as forensics, valuations, transactions or strategy. You will have a strong interest in Private Markets with an understanding of the difference in European fund structures eg. AIFMD/UCITS.
You will also possess excellent communication skills, able to form relationships across the business navigating across legal/finance/investor relations with confidence.
