Unipart Logistics in Honeybourne, Evesham (WR11 8TS). We are looking for a reliable and hardworking person to help with building construction walls using clay and other natural building materials. This role involves preparing materials, shaping and applying clay mixtures, and assisting in forming structural walls as part of a construction project.
Role of a Clay Wall Operative:
- Receive, unload, and check incoming goods against delivery notes
- Store products accurately in designated warehouse areas
- Operate pump trucks
- Preparing clay and other construction materials
- Applying and shaping clay to form walls
- Apply and shape clay layers to form structural or decorative walls using specialized trowels and tools
- Label and wrap finished clay products or wall kits for transport to sites
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment
- Conduct regular stock checks and report discrepancies
- Adhere to all Health & Safety regulations and procedures
- Carry out any other reasonable duties to support warehouse operations
- Support Colleagues and Team Leader with all day to day tasks
As a Clay Wall Operative, you will need:
- Construction or labouring experience preferred but not essential
- Willingness to do physical work
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes accurately
- Physically fit and comfortable working in a fast-paced setting
- Any previous MHE experience (e.g. FLT, Counterbalance) would be beneficial
Details:
- Salary: £12.77 per hour
- Working Hours : Monday-Thursday 7:30-16:00 and Friday 7:00-15:30.
- Location: Shinehill Lane, South Littleton, Evesham WR11 8TS
- Start Date: Immediate starts available
