We currently have an exciting opportunity for someone to join our Engineering department to act as the onsite design authority. The role requires a broad engineering knowledge with an ability to develop, interpret and give specialist civil and structural engineering advice and specifications (structural, refractory, calculations etc).
The role is responsible for overseeing civil and structural engineering calculations, specifications and site standards
Our ideal candidate should have a working knowledge of Petro-chemical Oil & Gas Process Plant process equipment, safety / assurance procedures and systems. You must have experience in Civil and structural engineering calculations, software and design worksYou should also have a working knowledge of Engineering standards (e.g API, DEP’s, British Standards) and have the ability to research and apply recommended good practice.
