Job Description
Mission:
Drive clear, engaging, and strategic communication about Schneider Electric’s AI initiatives across both external and internal channels.
In addition to these responsibilities, this role is instrumental in developing thought leadership by crafting influential content, supporting C-level participation in industry discussions, and positioning Schneider Electric as a recognized authority in the field of artificial intelligence.
The AI Communications Lead also serves as an advisor to other executive communications teams, providing guidance and expertise on AI-related topics to ensure consistency, accuracy, and impact in messaging.
This role strengthens Schneider Electric’s visibility in the market while enhancing employee understanding, engagement, and adoption of AI-related programs.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute content and storytelling on Schneider’s Digital & AI strategy, offers, and thought leadership—across social media, press materials, blogs, events, and analyst relations.
- Support visibility of spokespeople (e.g., Chief AI Officer) and promote Schneider Digital narratives within global campaigns and our PR program.
- Manage the content ecosystem with a focus on AI-related themes by aligning and sharing key messages and proof points across our broader executive communications group.
Employee AI Communications
- Support the AI Hub in creating clear and engaging internal communications that explain AI transformation, adoption, and impact across functions and regions.
- Use appropriate internal channels (employee events, Viva Engage, newsletters, intranet, managers’ toolkits, targeted emails) to deliver the right message to the right employee at the right time.
- Focus on supporting AI adoption and communication about new AI use cases in the company and in it’s product portfolio.
Skills & Experience
- Strong storytelling and editorial skills (clear, concise, human, brand‑aligned).
- Strong stakeholder engagement across global and cross‑functional teams.
- Knowledge of digital channels and content formats for both employee and external audiences.
- Ability to manage concurrent projects and work with the PR agency on capturing media opportunities.
