What You’ll Be Doing:

• Own the P&L to hit revenue and margin targets through strategic KPI management.
• Dive deep into website performance—analyze sales trends, conversion rates, AOV, traffic, and bounce rates to identify growth opportunities.
• Use data insights to drive product positioning and elevate on-site merchandising.
• Compile and present trading reports with actionable insights and recommendations for senior leadership.
• Work closely with paid media agencies to align budgets and drive continuous performance improvements.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: Degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field.
• Experience: 5+ years in e-commerce, trading, or a similar role.
• Key Technical Skills: Proficiency in Shopify, Klaviyo, Google Analytics.
• Analytical Skills: Expertise in data analysis and reporting to inform e-commerce strategy.
• Project Management: Strong ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead teams and collaborate effectively with internal and external partners.
