Job Description:

We’re looking for a talented Web Analyst to join our growing eCommerce team and help us better understand how customers interact with our digital products and services. This role is key to turning complex data into clear, actionable insights that improve our online experiences, support commercial growth, and empower decision-making across the organisation.

What will you be doing:

  1. Deliver data driven evaluation of commercial initiatives, ensuring measurable impact on revenue, conversion and customer experience.
  2. Build and maintain clear, accessible dashboards and reporting frameworks to monitor eCommerce performance and key KPIs.
  3. Implement, manage and optimise tracking frameworks using Google Tag Manager to ensure accurate and consistent data collection.
  4. Analyze digital performance trends, including traffic, conversion, revenue, booking behavior and key drivers of performance.
  5. Design and support testing and optimization programs, delivering iterative improvements across websites, apps and marketing journeys.
  6. Produce regular performance reports and insight packs for stakeholders across eCommerce, Marketing and Commercial teams.
  7. Translate analytical findings into clear insights and actionable recommendations that support commercial decision making.
  8. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business questions and provide analytical support to inform solutions.
  9. Champion the use of digital data, tools and analytics capabilities across the organization, increasing engagement and data literacy.
  10. Continuously improve reporting, dashboards and analytical processes to make data easier to access, understand and act upon.

Who are we looking for:

  • Strong technical understanding of web analytics implementation, particularly Google Tag Manager, Amplitude and Google Analytics.
  • Analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and identify actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present technical data clearly to non technical stakeholders.
  • Proven experience working in an analytical or digital analytics role using large, real world datasets.
  • Hands on experience with web analytics platforms, SQL data extraction, and experience supporting optimization and data driven commercial initiatives with demonstrable business impact.
  • Collaborative and stakeholder focused, working effectively across technical and non technical teams.
  • Curious and proactive, continuously seeking opportunities to improve performance through data and experimentation.
