We’re seeking a dynamic Financial Risk & Compliance Department Manager to step into a high-profile position within a forward-thinking finance team. Reporting directly to the Head of Group Finance, you’ll play a central role in safeguarding integrity and enhancing governance across multiple European markets.
- Champion internal controls and SOX compliance across UK and European operations.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to design, test, and refine governance frameworks
- Be a trusted advisor across regions guiding process owners, managing audits, and driving performance.
- Lead business continuity initiatives and steer critical steering board and committee meetings.
- Partner on transformational projects, ensuring new processes are robust, compliant, and fit for the digital age.
