Our client, a well-established and highly regarded consultancy based in Gloucestershire, Stonehouse has an exciting new opportunity for an Operations Manager to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis due to continued business growth.

The successful Operations Manager should have:

  • Proven experience in a management role within a fast-paced administrative or customer service environment
  • Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel and CRM/ERP systems
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise effectively
  • A proactive, analytical approach with strong problem-solving abilities

In this role, the Operations Manager will be responsible for:

  • Leading, motivating, and developing a team of administrative staff
  • Overseeing day-to-day operations including order processing and customer service delivery
  • Managing CRM/ERP systems, quotations, and the full order lifecycle from enquiry through to completion
  • Producing and analysing performance reports, forecasts, and business insights for senior leadership
  • Acting as a key point of contact for clients, resolving complex queries and supporting long-term relationships

Our client is offering the successful Operations Manager a salary in the region of £35,000 – £45,000, plus benefits including 28 days holiday (inclusive of bank holidays) and the opportunity to play a key role in a growing, forward-thinking organisation.
