A performing arts organization in Crawley is seeking a full-time Executive Director/CEO to oversee strategic planning and manage core operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning and manage core operations of the organization.
- Lead finance and resource management.
- Collaborate with the Artistic Director.
- Manage team members.
- Engage stakeholders and represent the organization externally.
- Report to the Board of Trustees.
Salary: £47,000, increasing to £48,500 post‑probation. 25 days holiday and flexible working arrangements.
