Customer Service Advisor

AM Global are looking to recruit a number of Customer Service Advisors for our client based in Stockton on Tees.

Please note this is a temporary contract, for around 3 months.

Working hours between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday. 40 hours per week

Duties will include:Dealing with incoming queries via telephone and emailLiaising with departments for updates, to feedback to customerSpeaking with customers with order updates and tracking detailsProviding customer service to customers via phone and telephoneUsing an in-house system to log informationMonitoring and replying to emails

Previous customer service experience is essential for the role.
