Stock Supervisor – Sutton-in-Ashfield – Competitive Salary
Elevation Recruitment Group is proud to be supporting an established manufacturer in Sutton-in-Ashfield who is looking to recruit a Stock Supervisor to join their growing team.
As Stock Supervisor, you will lead and motivate a small team, ensuring day-to-day goals are met, and you will help drive continuous improvement across the factory.
Working Hours / Benefits:
- 7:30am – 4:30pm (Monday-Thursday) & 7:30am – 12:30pm (Friday)

The Role
- Supervise and motivate store staff during your shifts
- Help manage opening and closing procedures
- Handle escalated customer queries and ensure service standards stay high
- Monitor sales performance and support the team in reaching targets
- Train, coach and support new and existing team members
- Manage inventory, stock levels and loss prevention procedures
- Maintain store standards for cleanliness, visual merchandising and safety
The Person
- Previous experience within a similar role within a manufacturing environment
- Strong MRP experience (Dynamics AX desirable)
- Strong leadership experience
