Location: Glasgow (Hybrid) – occasional travel to HMNB Clyde & Abbey Wood

Contract: Long-term Contract (Inside IR35)

Clearance: Must hold SC or be eligible for this

We are seeking an Integration Manager to join one of the UK government’s top 100 major programmes, delivering critical floating and shore-based infrastructure to support submarine operations at HMNB Clyde.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and integrate multi‑disciplinary teams across complex defence infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate delivery partners, stakeholders, and wider programme activities to ensure objectives are met on time, within budget, and to the required standards.
• Deputize for the Programme Manager when required.
• Provide leadership, drive results, and build strong collaborative relationships across Navy Command, DIO, MoD, and HMNB Clyde.
• Support continuous improvement, milestone tracking, and programme reporting.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven leadership experience in large or complex capability delivery programmes.
• Experience in structured environments with innovative problem‑solving skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and experience leading cross‑functional or virtual teams.
• Degree in engineering, project management, or relevant discipline (or equivalent experience).
• Experience in regulated environments or the defence/national security sector.
• Knowledge of established programme and project management frameworks.
