• Salary of up to £30,000
• 40 hours per week.
• Daytime Hours Only, 5 days out of 7 (weekends included, rotated fairly)
• Usual shift time 8am – 4:30pm.
• 28 days paid annual leave

Responsibilities of Chef de partie

• Prepare and cook menu items consistently to company standards.
• Manage and maintain your designated kitchen section.
• Ensure food quality, presentation, and portion control are maintained at all times.
• Assist with stock control, ordering, and minimising waste.
• Maintain excellent food hygiene and health & safety standards.

About you

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef de Partie ready for the next step.
• Experience in café, brunch, breakfast, or fresh food environments preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and kitchen operations.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and strong teamwork skills.
