Used Car Sales Manager
Location: Bristol
Salary: £45,000 basic OTE £65,000 + Company car
Hours: 40 hours across Monday – Saturday with a day off in the week, no Sundays

Role
Manage and motivate the Sales Executive team to achieve strong monthly performance through structured coaching, sales processes, and professional development.
Ensure exceptional customer service while maximising sales and profit per unit, working closely with the finance team to deliver the best deal options.
Oversee used vehicle stock levels, ensuring the department meets market demand with the right product mix.
Maintain and ensure all online adverts meet company and manufacturer standards and guidelines.
Requirements
- Previous experience as Sales Manager or within the automotive industry.
- Strong understanding of used vehicle sales fundamentals.
- Proven success in running larger sales teams and delivering targets.
- Full UK driving licence.
