Foresight Search Ltd is seeking a Senior Site Manager based in Bridgwater to oversee a medium-scale residential project. You will lead daily operations, manage subcontractors, and ensure quality delivery of the project.

The ideal candidate will have solid experience working with residential main contractors and be well-educated, ideally holding a Degree or HND. Team management and innovative problem-solving skills are essential for this role.

The position offers a competitive salary of £60,000 to £65,000 along with a car allowance and bonus package.
