Vacant Property Clearance Operative – Swindon (Training)

PPM Recruitment is seeking Property Clearance Operatives for mobile roles in Swindon/Bath. The role involves cleaning and clearing vacant social housing properties, driving vans, and various maintenance tasks.

Typical working hours are Monday to Friday from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm, with an hourly rate of £14.24. Training will be provided, and successful candidates will have the opportunity for permanent positions after a 13-week probation period.

Immediate starts available for candidates holding a driving license.
