SMART Education Recruitment is seeking a Teaching Assistant to support pupils aged 5-19 with Autism in a specialist school in Shifnal. This role requires a passionate individual who can promote confidence, communication, and independence among pupils.
The Teaching Assistant will work closely with teachers to provide tailored support, including 1:1 and small group assistance, in a nurturing environment while managing challenging behaviours. Competitive weekly pay and free CPD training are offered.
