Are you an experienced and compassionate Support Worker looking to make a real difference?

What You’ll Do
- Provide person-centred, one-to-one support in clients’ homes
- Assist with personal care, including washing, dressing, grooming, and toileting where required
- Promote independence, confidence, and wellbeing
- Support with medication, meal preparation, and daily living activities
- Maintain accurate records and care documentation
- Work alongside specialist multidisciplinary teams including therapists and clinicians
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 3 months’ experience supporting individuals with:
- Learning Disabilities
- Acquired or Traumatic Brain Injury
- Motor Neurone Disease
- Huntington’s Disease
- Multiple Sclerosis
Understanding of person-centred care and safeguarding
Knowledge of medication support, manual handling, food hygiene, and health & safety
Strong communication and record-keeping skills
