The shift pattern is 40 hours spread over 4 × 10hr days (7.30am‑6pm) working every other weekend. Based close to Hartsholme Country Park.

Overview

• Working in an elderly nursing setting, you will be responsible for helping to deliver a high quality catering service, helping prepare a fantastic menu for the residents that is varied and interesting to meet individual tastes and dietary requirements.
• The role will also involve washing dishes and food preparation.
• Excellent people skills are required to maintain positive relationships with residents and members of staff.
• You will be working for a charitable organisation in a new purpose‑built retirement care home.
• You will have at least 2 years experience of working in a professional catering position.
• You will have a recognised qualification in catering ideally.
