Contract Stock Condition Surveyor – Decent Homes & HHSRS

Tristone Nash is recruiting a Stock Condition Surveyor to conduct internal and external stock condition surveys across a wide geographical area. The role involves assessing properties for adherence to the Decent Homes Standard and identifying hazards as per the Housing Health & Safety Rating System.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience in stock condition surveys, strong IT skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with residents. A driving license and the ability to travel are essential.
