Fire Service Engineer – London

We are seeking an experienced Fire Service Engineer to work in and around the South East of England on behalf of a key client operating across a variety of sectors, including schools, commercial, industrial, healthcare and government. The role involves routine and reactive maintenance tasks and requires a strong focus on fire safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Plan and respond to routine and re‑active call visits within your area.
• Carry out scheduled routine servicing in a timely and efficient manner.
• Execute all works required in accordance with the company’s quality standards.
• Maintain effective communication with customers when planning site visits.

Systems (include but are not limited to)

• Fire: Gent, Notifier, Kentec, Ziton, Advanced, Morley, C‑Tec, Protec

Experience

• Good working knowledge of a range of Fire Alarm systems.
• 3+ years experience in a similar role.
• Full understanding of BS5839 Part 1.
• Professional and presentable.
• Excellent organisation skills.
• Able to deliver exceptional customer service.
