Responsibilities

• Deliver packages using your own vehicle and smartphone
• Schedule delivery blocks in advance or select them daily based on availability
• Know the block duration and anticipated earnings before you begin
• Maintain safe driving practices and adhere to Amazon Flex guidelines
• Complete all required onboarding steps and pass background and criminal record checks

Qualifications

• Valid UK driving licence
• iPhone or Android smartphone
• Mid‑size vehicle with 5 seats or larger
• UK National Insurance Number
• Proof of Right to Work in the UK
• Commercial vehicle insurance (hire and reward insurance)
• Successful completion of a background and criminal record check
• No prior experience as a transportation driver, truck/lorry driver, taxi driver, courier driver or delivery driver required
• Current Amazon employee (if applicable) not eligible to become a delivery partner
